Connecting Delta Cities

Conference Deltas in Times of Climate Change 2010

Conference "Deltas in Times of Climate Change 2010"

The Deltas in Times of Climate Change conference was an unequivocal success and yielded many useful results. Over 1,200 participants from around the world, prominent guests including Crown Prince Willem-Alexander, scientists, policymakers and executives, and well over 70 presentations and debates contributed to that success. The conference lasted three days, during which the priority issue on the agenda was climate adaptation. On an international platform, event co-host and organizer Rotterdam confirmed its position as an innovative delta city that excels in water management and climate adaptation.
